        I used this company to replace my old furnace with a ground source heat pump. I got quotes from half a dozen other local contractors, and they were the lowest. (other contractors quoted smaller units and were still more expensive). They used carpet protecting tape when moving equipment across the carpet so they wouldn't leave any stains. Thermal imaging was included. This was nice, because it showed me where the cold spots in the house were and where insulation needed to be added. They did a great job, and I have recommended them to friends.

        The worst experience with a heating and cooling contractor I have ever had.

        Horrible experience all together. The technician came out to my house about 4 hours late. He didn't have the parts he needed for the repair. He didn't return to make the repair until the end of the following day. He couldn't tell me how much the repair was going to be until it was done. They charged me $624 for a new blower motor. If I knew the cost was going to be so excessive I would have replaced the furnace. On top of all of this the technician did not remove his shoes in my home and left a stain on my new carpet. Don't use this company!
