Dumpster Boss

I'm in the construction business for over 30 years . Not a residential contractor but a partner in large nyc development firm just wanted to give you my back ground so you know I'm not just a regular Joe trying to order a container . This company maybe the worst company I've ever dealt with . I decided to stay stay home on a holiday weekend to surprise my wife by cleaning out the basement and start to build her a gym . I ordered a 10yd container on Wednesday and asked for it to come Friday . The person on the phone said it would not be an issue at all . I gave them my card , they charged my card , send me a contact to sign which I did . I come home Friday and to my surprise no container was there so I call letting them know I had 6 guys coming in the am to start the clean out and demo . The gentleman so I thought said sorry there was a truck down and it would be delivered no later than noon Saturday. I said ok I understand I'm in the construction business and things happen but he assured me I'd have it Saturday. So Saturday at 1pm I called I was told there was an issue with the dump and he'd call me back in 20 mins . So I waited 30 mins and tried to call him back now here is were this company is unprofessional they closed for the weekend with no phone call back and leaving me with no container 6 men to pay for loading a container and ruining not only a holiday weekend but a surprise for my wife . Did I mention they charged my card Thursday 100% for the container . Don't use this company ! There are other company's that may charge a few dollars more but at least they are professionals
