If you are looking for a company that provides inaccurate information, doesn't fix your equipment, loses it, and then will not return your phone calls or ever open so you can find out what's going on...then this is the place for you to go. They have had my lap top for 2.5 months, charged me over $150.00 and I don't have my laptop back yet. Finally have had to take legal action.
