We stayed in this park for over a year. Mike and Susan, the owners, are such wonderful, caring, and helpful people. They go out of their way to make sure your stay is a great one. I highly recommend this park over all others in Pearsall! If we ever get lucky enough to make it down South again, we're heading straight to Southern Star RV Park!

Property is well kept, always mowed, owners are always around and available, keep a close eye on the property.

It is really a nice place,
The people are really nice and friendly and helpful.
Had business in town, and was able to hook up,and was not worried about leaving our camper while we were out taking care of business. Even an added bonus, they had wifi, so I was able to use my computer and e-mail all the work into my boss!

This RV park is a safe and great place to stay!!!

I have been staying in the park for two years due to working in the area. Park has amenities that a lot of the other parks around do not offer such as cable tv and Wifi. The owner ( Mike ) is very helpful if you need help with RV problems. the park also has a propane filling station on site which is very convenient when you need propane.

Very nice park, good hook ups and at a good place in town. The owners are great people and keep everything too knotch.

I rented one of their RVs for a month when I was working in Texas. It was a great place to stay. Mike and Susan were very nice hosts. My RV was very clean and comfortable and well equipped. The neighborhood was very quiet. And Pearsall is a great little town! Lots of small family run restaurants, an amazing old move theater, and a large supermarket w/ everything you could want or need.

Mike and Susie are fantastic hosts, and make customer service their top priority. Having propane on-site is an added plus. The park is convenient both to IH-35 and downtown Pearsall, but not so "in-your-face-on-the-main-drag" as to have your down time in your RV on display for every passer-by to see. Rents are reasonable, and all utilities are included: water/septic, electricity(30 and 50 amp), DirectTV, and wi-fi.

this park is family owned & operated!! Very nice & clean! Attentive owners that keep everything looking great! We stayed here for 6 months and they made us feel like family!!!! My family will definitely stay here again!

This is a great place to stay! The owners are always there for you when you need them! Even when it's last minute and you run out of propane! Or even when your truck breaks down on the side of the road! Mike and his wife aren't just the owners but friends. People you can really talk to. Very sweet people! Couldn't ask for a better place to stay:)
