This place never disappoints. The owners are professional and are customer service oriented. If there is a problem, there is a quick and fair resolution. I love this place.!

I don't know why other lady gave 1*, but I must give 5* for my experiece with nail artist name Kate Kil. She's from South Korea and speaks good English. She has worked in Upscale Heights area and only reason working here because her home is closer. She does exellent on nails, skin care. She's very professional, neat, and super nice. Try her if your professional.

New to area so 1st (& last) time there. I had a deluxe pedicure & gel manicure. The pedicure tech did not use the toe separators nor did she ever check to make sure my toes were dry. The gel manicure looked good & normally will last me about 3 weeks; it peeled off after only 1 week (& I was on vacation) not high quality. I noticed my toe polish smeared on 1 foot so I had to go back in to get it fixed -- too bad I didn't notice the other foot had smeared before I left! My pedicure normally will last me more than a week started to peel before the end of my 1 week vacation. I asked the nail tech (because I noticed they have liquor) if customers could buy a drink and was told the drinks are free and a 2 drink minimum -- I was never asked by anyone if I wanted a drink, I had to ask the techs for water. Ped & nail tech talked in vietnamese & the manager & owner ignored me until after I paid cashier & thought I was trying to walk out without paying my bill; how rude was that?

It was an awesome experience and while I was there Saturday my best friend and I got pedicures, manicures, eyebrow threading, their top of the line facials and their $80 eyelash extensions. They told me the eyelashes would last at least 2 weeks. on the way home, not even 2 hours later a big clump from the end of my eye fell off and then they next morning more had fallen off of the same eye and then they just kept coming off of that one eye. I called them Tuesday because Sunday was easter and monday i had to go out of town. I had to talk to at least 3 different people and tell them what had happened and then finally the last one said that I had to come in, they had to look at it and then they would fix it. I told them i was out of town so asked if I could just get a credit, she said no. She said I couldn't talk to the manager and then she proceeded to tell me that no one got eyelashes done on Saturday. I spent over $300 dollars there and she doesn't even look up her receipts to prove that yes I got one done. That is by far the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have ever received! All I wanted was at least a credit so I could come back in and get something else and she pretty much told me that I was lying to her and didn't even get my eyelashes done. So now I am stuck with one eyelid with extensions (that are starting to come off) and the other with only a few here and there. I can't even begin to describe how rude they were and the fact that they didn't even bother looking up to see if I got the extensions or not and just flat out said that i didn't get them done is beyond asinine.
