G Orthodontics

Upon arrival I was greeted by the front desk associate with a warm smile. I didn't even have to say my name, she remembered and that meant a lot. All of my demographic information was confirmed and updated. After waiting a short while for my appointment time my name was called to come back to begin my treatment, again with another warm and friendly smile. The service I received quickly relieved my gitters. I had my bands removed & replaced as well as my wires changed out with no problem and no pain. Dr. Yesenia Garcia has the biggest and brightest personality and I look forward to seeing her and getting my update. I received information about what to expect in the next few days and how to relieve any pain from the orthodontist assistant again with a huge smile. My appointment was scheduled for my son and I and out the door I went. No headache, no fuss, just exceptional service! Thank you G Orthodontic team, you're the BEST!!!Alecia Nelms

Today's experience was awesome. We arrived 30 minutes early and were able to be seen almost immediately. Maria is very pleasant and does a wonderful job talking to my son which I know keeps him relaxed. Dr. Garcia is cordial and very professional. I am considering having dental work done myself.

In August 2016, my husband took our son to G Orthodontics Pearland office (located at 12004 Shadow Creek Parkway, suite 100, Pearland, TX 77584) for a free consultation on braces. Before the visit, I called the office and confirmed that it’ll be a free evaluation without any charges on my part. During the visit, they performed exam and x-ray but never told us that they would charge for these.

After the visit, we went to 2 other orthodontics offices for free consultation on braces. Both places did exam and x-rays as part of the consultation. After comparing all 3 offices on what they offer, quality of services, costs, etc., we chose another orthodontic office for our son's braces.

I wasn’t aware of all the charges that G Orthodontics filed to my insurance until I received an EOB in September. As I confirmed with G Orthodontics prior to the visit that the consultation was free and I should not be charged for anything. We were never informed that the exam and x-rays were not part of free consultation during the whole visit.

I called the office immediately and questioned about the charges. The staff could not provide any valid explanation but nonsense. She was very rude and unprofessional. As a matter of fact, the other orthodontic offices did exam and x-ray, but never charged us anything because they were part of the free consultation.

While in the office, my husband also noticed that they asked patients to give them good reviews in exchange for gift cards.

Their behavior is dishonest, unprofessional and unethical. Please do not be tricked by their good ratings online. I would never do business with this office. Period.

ffice was none to happy about it, first telling me how upset Dr. Garcia was and saddened that I would do such a thing. After seeing that this ploy didn't work, they then told me they would give my son a free teeth whitening after the treatment had been completed. Assumingly, that I would remove the review. Fast forward to now, the fall, we again come for our appointment only to be told that I now owe an extra $700+ for a treatment my son received, and that they wanted to let me know face to face they would be dropping my son (who is still in his braces) and I as patients. So now my child is stuck wearing something he was told three years ago, he would only have to wear for two without a doctor to take them off, fix his teeth, or anything. Poor, poor, poor business practices! Never ONCE did Dr. Garcia actually speak to me. She had the office manager handle her dirty work. Do NOT go to this business!

Amazing staff and amazing results. I've never been happier with my smile. Dr.Garcia and Adrienne always made sure my time at G Orthodontics was AWESOME.

Rude staff, they dismissed my child after three missed appointments. They always have a lot of patients in waiting area, very crowded with long wait times. When I took my child to a better orthodontist, we were told that G orthodontics had done a terrible job with my child's braces.
