Fun 4 All party Rentals & Supplies

Rented a Margarita machine with two containers Lime and strawberry. Iasked when i called how long does it take to freeze they stated 45 min. When the machine was dropped off, it looked old used a bunch. I asked if it will freeze and how long will it take to freeze the man mentioned two hours! Only one froze a little the other didn't, it was watery. Machine was kept in our very cold house . Mentioned it to the owner when they picked up the equipment next morning . Never mentioned or received a call for a discount. Won't ever rent from them again. Wasn't cheap either.

Excellent service! I rented a package from Fun 4 All for my parents Anniversary. They came to setup a day early which gave us plenty of time to decorate and stress less the day of the party. They setup the tent perfectly. The equipments were clean and in good condition! Will use this company again!

Used Fun 4 All for our Super Ball party. They delivered and setup way before our party start which was great. I am very pleased with the service and the condition of the equipment. They helped make my party a huge success. Will use this company again!

My experience with this company was terrible! I rented a snow cone machine for my daughters 6th birthday party. They were 1 hour and 15 min late. When they did get here ( after the party had started ) the machine was filthy! I had to clean all the old sticky syrup and whatever else that was on there off. Then I asked for the syrup pump. He said he was in a hurry and forgot it. His solution to the problem was to make a hole by sticking his dirty thumb nail through the safety seal so i could just hold this big heavy jug over each snow cone to pour out the syrup . I called them today to give them the opportunity to make this right. He said he had to talk to his partner and would call me back. I never got a return call. I would definitely not recommend this company. They dont have any pride in the product or service!

Do not rent from this company, they are overpriced, rude and unprofessional. They delivered faulty equipment to me and called me a liar. I called them out the same day once the damages were brought to my attention BEFORE the party stated and they accused me of lying and miss use of equipment. I was also hung up on by the owner when I called to speak with him about my complaint about the equipment and rude driver. WORST COMPANY EVER FOR ANY PARTY RENTAL. NEVER AGAIN!!!!

This company is the best! I celebrated my parents's 50 anniversary a couple of weeks ago and used Fun 4 All Party Rental services in renting tables, chars, Margarita Machines, Helium Tank, and other items.



The service was excellent and the personal were fantastic. I was very stressed out at first with the party but this company made it stress free for me since they showed up on the time we scheduled and even helped me out inflating the balloons for me.



I recomment this company to anyone who wants a great service! The prces are affordale and it is definitly a one stop shop for all party equipment rentals!

I rented tables from Fun 4 All party Rentals & Supplies for a babyshower and I would not recommend anyone to ever use them. I called them 2 weeks ago to check on pricing/availability. The girl I spoke with gave me a quote and said they had tables and chairs available and that the pricing was cheaper if I paid in csh, I said okay I will be there on Sat. I also gave her my credit card# to hold the tables/chairs for me. She took down all the information, address of the shower, my cell, a secondary contact number for Elisa(the mom of my son to be daughter in law), I asked them to call her 1st as she would be the one there when the delivery was made, and that she spoke little english and needed a spanish speaking delivery driver if available(I was told there was one!) and a scheduled delivery time of 10 am. On Saturday I drove over to the store and paid the cash $ for the rentals. Again we went over all the info and I even left an invite (with the address on it) with the girl behind the counter. She gave me a receipt and told me someone would call to confirm on 6/24/2011. So I just assumed all was handled and that there would surely be no issues. Apparently I assume too much!



First off I NEVER received a confirmation call on 6/24/2011 as was told to me would happen! Then on Friday 6/25/2011 at 8 in the AM I get woke up by my phone ringing, and I answer it . (Guess what ! They are trying to deliver the tables at 8 am(no one was there) Except they did not have the address correct!(how is this possible? I gave them an invitation and we went over it twice, on the phone and in person) They claim they tried to call Elisa and she told them they had the wrong # (she never got a call) So then I get an attitude from the person on the phone because I was upset. So I asked for a manager and was informed SHE was the owner! She stated she was paying for these delivery drivers to deliver these tables and did not have time to deal with someone who did not want her business and I could come get a refund and she hung up on me!!! So here I am the day of the shower , no other option but to call back and pretty much beg for her to deliver the tables and chairs needed for the shower. I could not let my son and daughter inlaw down!



As far as I am concerned this company does not need customers if it treats them like this! Use them at your own risk!!!! I will NEVER recommend them and I will definately NEVER use them again!!!!!!!!!!!

Fun 4 All Party Rentals provides excellent services. The staff are professional and friendly and always on time. I definiltly recommend this company to anyone who wants to have a stress free party!
