Kidz Rock

It's the near mid July, 95 degrees outside and we book a party here because it's an inside bouncy house party center. Well.....not so much. It's under new management now by the people who own Mac & Bones. The bouncy houses and slides are outside where everyone can enjoy the full effect of a Mississippi summer. They now have an arcade inside! Whoopty sh*t. The 2-3 year olds were about to have heat strokes and the vinyl slide is so hot it burns their legs going down.



It's finally time to eat and guess what: there's NO ICE. "We ran out." It's 12:00 PM! You just opened at 11:00 AM! There very few people here! So the ice didn't arrive until after the pizza was eaten and we had started on the cake. We kept having to go ask for plates and forks because no one brought them to us. The partys we had been to before at this place, some one served the pizza to the kids, poured the drinks, and made sure everything was taken care of. New management must not give a damn about customer service.



Would I ever book another party here? Not on your life. Sure, my 3 year old had a good time but if I am expected to spend my hard earned money for a service, I expect to have some service. I hope this company enjoys the $71.40 they got out of me.



I'd say that I'd rather have a 3 year old's birthday party at a drug infested, homeless shelter and given HIV infected needles to share as party favors. It would have been about as enjoyable in my opinion.

AWESOME PLACE!!!

We had a party at Kidz Rock last week and it was AWESOME!! Kids had a blast, very clean facility and the staff was nice and friendly.

I had my son's birthday here in October. I thought the pricing was great....$9.99 per child was well worth it. I wasn't charged for the children that did not attend and the adults were free! It included everything except the cake! We used the back patio space to enjoy my sons 5th birthday party. The kids had full access to the outdoor playground and all the inflatable jumps they could handle. The staff was ready and willing to help. I could not have planned a better birthday party! The kids had a blast and left with smiles and goody bags. Will definitly suggest to friends and other parents looking for a great place to have a memorable birthday party!!!

I had my son's birthday party here and can't believe I paid for the services we received. First off it was about 80 degrees outside and about 95 degrees inside. The adults who were standing still were sweating. After only 10 minutes of playing, not only were the children's faces bright red but their arms and legs were too and they were drenched in sweat. It was actually cooler to go outside and play on the outdoor playground in the sun than to stay indoors. Also the indoor section is so crowded its hard to move around. Also to make the space situation even more difficult there is a consignment shop shoved over in the corner of the party room behind one of the infatables. Also there can be as many as 5 parties going on at the same time in the same small space. And there was only one attendant there to assist with all of the parties in setting up and serving children. When I was ready to throw away plates and trash so my child could open his presents, the attendent was helping another party and there were no trash cans/bags in sight. And last but definitely not least, there was one sink located outside the bathrooms that had paper towels and a big sign that said "Wash Hands" but no soap or even a soap dispenser in site. There was only one bottle of hand sanitizer at the front desk that was almost empty. I was completely disgusted and appauled. As a nurse, I know how important hand washing is. Especially in a public place where there are restrooms, where there are lots of children, and where they are not only playing but eating. I wish I had checked this place out better before the party. The website is very misleading. It is not that nice at all and definitely not worth $9.99 per child!
