If you're looking for customer service, I'd suggest you look elsewhere. On 01/10/10, I'd ordered the NIV Dramatized Audio Bible from CBD. With the expedited shipping, my order arrived on 01/13/10. But it was missing the first 8 of the 64-CD set. I called and explicitly explained which ones were missing. They told me I'd receive the missing CD's on 10/19/10. When I insisted that they overnight them because I'd paid for expedited shipping, they did. I received 8 CD's on 10/15/10, but only 4 of them were the correct ones. I called again. They had the nerve to ask that I return the 4 CD's they'd sent in error. I assured them that I wasn't sending anything back and that I expected the correct four to be here on 10/19/10. They weren't shipped until 10/19/10, apparently because of the MLK holiday. But that's OK. Hopefully, the missing CD's will be here on 10/20/10 - a full week late. So much for expedited shipping! Great product...horrible customer service.
