        I brought in two watches needing batteries (they were done in just a few minutes); a ring that needed a diamond repair; and a ring with 3 diamonds that I wanted turned into a diamond drop. Brian discussed designs with me and I felt he really listened to me as to what I really liked. I couldn't be happier how the drop turned out....its is beautiful! and each time I wear it, I get compliments and take the opportunity to brag about New England Gold and Silver. The morning I picked up my pieces, I brought in a necklace that I had accidentally broke a few days before....Brian had it put back together in seconds. Thank you so much! This was my 3rd trip to New England Gold and Silver and each time I've been very, very pleased.
