Epcom provides great customer service as well as reasonable pricing. I purchased a great laptop and was guided not only by the specs I needed but value and Epcom made sure I got what I needed at the price could afford. They didn't try to "sell" me what I didn't need, but rather showed me how to get the right equipment at the best price for my budget. I would definitely consider referring to my family and friends in the future.

I have used this company on a few occasions. Once it was to fix a computer sold to me by another company (the other company wanted a ridiculous amount to look at their own product). On another occasion it was when the computer had outlived its current state. Not only did they fix the issues I was having but they were able to expand it for me which meant I didnt have to buy something new but was able to turn my old computer virtually new. This company is extremely easy to work with and the prices are very reasonable. When so many companies just want to sell you the newest or most expensive item, I found that Epcom was more interested in what I used my system for and how would I want it to perform into the future. Service was excellent! Cannot say enough good things about Epcom!

I had a very smooth transaction with Epcom World Industries. I ordered the product and I swear it arrived the next day. Their service and support is great and the representative I spoke with was kind, knowledgeable, and even spoke English. I did ask where there representative was located and I was surprised to hear Connecticut rather then India.
