Norman E. Cook was born and raised in Paulding County, Ohio. He was admitted to the Ohio Bar in 1968, and is also admitted to practice before the U.S. Court of Appeals, Sixth Circuit Court, and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio. He received his Juris Doctorate from Ohio Northern University in 1967. He is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association and Paulding County bar associations. He is married and has four adult children; and enjoys traveling with his wife to visit their children and grandchildren.
