I called them very short notice to snake out the main line going out of the house in the middle of a terrible snow storm and bill showed up and fixed it . He also charges less then any of the prices I was quoted for the job by other companies in the area. I would recommend these guys to anyone.

Main sewer backed up into basement. Guy came out... Said he fixd it. This was the 14th of November. On the 15th of December, I noticed it backing up a little bit, into a corner of basement. I called and had something set up for the following day. By Saturday, my whole basement was flooded, with a couple of inches of standing sewer water. Around 2 I called to see when I would have someone out. The lady (who later claimed to be the owner) was rude with me, telling me she had tried to call and I never returned her call. She had been trying to call my husband's number, who is deployed. I tried to tell her numerous times that I never gave her his number. She tried to tell me at first that it was the number I gave her, then, it was the number on the caller ID (he is DEPLOYED WITH HIS PHONE). When I pointed this out and told her she must have been looking at the invoice she claimed she had never looked at that. (While on the phone setting up the appointment, she had asked "is this a good number to contact you back at?" I assumed she was asking about the number I was calling from. The ONLY way she could have gotten his number was from the invoice. I'm ashamed to say I let her get the best of me after her numerous lies. I yelled, right along with her. When she wouldnt listen to a word I was saying I hung up on her. When I learned she was next to the only one that could help me because the job was so big, I called her back. She was extremely rude to me, yelled at me AGAIN, and hung up on me. Then she wouldn't answer my calls. Oh, and one of the calls she had been trying to make?... Was to inform me I was outside the 30 days, and they were going to charge me. They would be able to "take SOME off, but not a lot because I was outside of my warranty). By a DAY! I now have standing sewer water in my basement that won't be taken care of until Monday, by Roto Rooter. I wouldn't send my worst enemy to them for business.

Excellent service, highly recommend. Fixed my flooded basement due to tree roots in my trap. Good quality of work and pricing, will use again.
