Prestige Taxi

The person taking the calls is incredibly nasty and has hung up on me several times because he couldn't understand what I was telling him. And the times I tried calling back, they refused to answer the phone. The drivers never seem to know where they are going and even use cell phones while driving! On one occasion the taxi just didn't show up. I was left waiting out in the cold for over an hour, I even called the company to ask where the driver was and was assured they were on their way. That was the last straw. I am never using them again and I recommend everyone avoid this company.

I'm giving them one star only because I'm required to, otherwise it would be ZERO

the only problem was the radio station, but the driver deserves to choose. Anyhow they arrived at my house in about three minutes and got me to my the location fast and safe.
