Jackson Hewitt Tax Service

Let me start with DO NOT GO TO THIS JACKSON HEWITT LOCATION better yet - DO NOT USE JACKSON HEWITT.



I usually use H&R Block but the one that was closest to my house was having system issues and said it won't be done until end of business but I wanted for my returns to be done at once. So what I did was I went to Jackson Hewitt.



Here's the main different when you go in the H&R Block office they will say "Hi Good Morning - How are you doing sir?" BUT when I went to Jackson Hewitt the first words they said to me was "WasssSSup?". Jackson Hewitt Offices ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!



This place was just "Ghetto" When I first came in the chairs were broken, No receptionist, The receptionist desk was empty and covered in cobwebs and dust! The person on the first desk did not even say "Hi" She just said ""WasssSSup?"" she did not even offered me to sit down she just stared at me and did nothing until I sat down by myself.



Ok JUST TRUST ME PEOPLE DO NOT USE Jackson Hewitt as your Tax Preparer. They will deduct your Tax Refund with thousands and thousands of Fees & HIDDEN CHARGES and they will not even explain what the fees and deductions are they just show you the computer screen for 5 seconds then turn it away then say "That's your fees, Ok?" -WHAT THE ****-



I talk to a couple of people who use Jackson Hewitt too and guess what all of our opinions were the same! Most of the person that I talk to they maximum fees they deducted was $632.09
