Eye-Contact Optical

I went in for prescription eye glasses and the ladies at the front were very helpful and nice. The eye doctor however, was not so friendly. Every word was a demand such as "sit," "look here," etc. Long story short, after receiving my glasses and wearing them, it would give me headaches and they would not issue a refund for the lenses. I'm currently in the process of disputing this claim.
