Minus one rating. They came in and bulldozed tearing up carpet and molding without discussion. No indication of what the plan or timeline would be. They opened bedroom doors without asking, one had a confined dog and one someone was getting dressed. Then tried to open that door again, fortunately husband standing by. I had not even yet submitted a claim. Did not give me a copy of what I signed. When I called to try to find out a time when they would return, I was told they only make schedules in morning, and "We have other places to take care of." Did not call the next morning and when I called to find out when they were coming, Paul got very rude. I fired him when he arrived and he still tore up the wall in the entry way (continuing when I told him to stop) and went though the house making notes. Do not use these guys for anything other than carpet cleaning unless you want real headaches.
