I think they are very unperfessional and rude! The salesman named Will called my husband and i stupid because we would not by a mattress from him. We found the bed we liked and were about to purchase, when he started yelling about us being stupid for wanting a pillow top and told us that was the dumbest decision to make. This went on in front of two other employees and the Manager named Ralf who also claims to be the owner. Over all i think this is the most unenjoyable and humilating experience my husband and i have ever been through....Ps, Exclusive furniture is way better and they are very friendly and get you a great price ;)
