This quarter's coffee is an organic Ethiopian shenta wene carbonic maceration. This rare coffee is from the sidama region and undergoes a fermentation process in enclosed tanks. The whole coffee cherries are isolated from oxygen and air circulation, creating a berry jam environment for over 3 weeks. The result is a tropical fruity and complex coffee. Our north star roast is an Ethiopian coffee from the yirgacheffee region. Our small batch roasting techniques bring out the natural flavors of this organic coffee. You can expect a body similar to tea, however this is much better. The light floral notes, accompanied by the berry and citrus make for an excellent cup of coffee. This a true coffee lover's go to. you will do yourself a disservice by adding cream or sugar. Choose a grind: Whole Bean, Filter, Drip, French Press, Moka Pot
