        Great Fine Dining Experience

        My husband and I went there for my Birthday. We were both impressed by the service, the food and even the decor. We ordered the cocoa crepe for appetizer and shared the baby endives salad. My husband had seared duck and I had mesquite grilled filet mignon for our entrees. We ended our dinner on a perfect note with the dessert, meyer lemon custard.
        The description of the filet mignon was crispy potatoes, smoked mashed potatoes and port-cherry tapenade. It sounded like a lot of potatoes, right? When the entree arrived, it came with paper-thin sliced baked potatoes as the garnish wrapping around the juice filet and mashed potatoes. I gave it a perfect ten for my entree. It had great presentation to begin with, great texture and wonderful flavor. Our dessert was great, too. It was light and very refreshing. A great summer treat. We will definitely go back there again and again.

        Great place for foodies. Seasonal menu and on-site herb and vegetable garden where they get their ingredients! Cute piano bar area too. This place can be pricey but great spot for a wonderful night out.

        Run, Don't Walk

        Had my first experience at the Parkway Grill, and it will not be my last. This expansive restaurant is charmingly decorated brick-covered walls, high ceilings with art deco fixtures. The food is the perfect mxture of simplicity and haute cuisine.



        The black bean soup appetizer and the rack of lamb are must-haves. Be sure to leave room for the S'mores and/or chocolate-banana tart.



        One item of note: this place is perfect for big parties, which is pretty difficult to find in the Pasadena area.
