Kerr Mixed Martial Arts

As a person who's had memberships to several boxing/kickboxing studios... kerrMMA has made it's way to the top of the list for my favorite . I was searching & reading reviews on boxing studios online, I came across kerrMMA. I liked all the reviews I read, so I thought I'd give it a try. I went in for my intro with Deano and it was a blast. This place is more of a boutique studio that teaches a lot of self defense tactics and technique, with the benefits of working up a great sweat while training. Things I like: the classes are small, so there's lots of detailed instructions. Theres no egos inside kerrMMA, the type of people there are friendly and encouraging. Finally, all the trainers are so knowledgeable and patient. My experience was mostly with Deano; it took me real long time to learn some of the techniques. He worked with me, didn't let me give up & partnered me up with the advanced students during group activities because they're always eager to help too. A dislike, I'd have to say, initially was the finding the location...but again, Deano directed me to the location when I called him and said "I'm lost." Once you get in the door, you're pretty much good to go. So if your looking for a place that focuses on technique, intimate instructions, practical self defense, yet still gives you a vigorous workout, you should check this place out.
