Zurich Insurance

If you are doing business with Zurich and you get a claims adjuster by the name of Kathryn Vega, hang up and demand someone else. We have been in subrogation for over 7 months, then it was approved and to be paid; she keeps saying "the check is in the mail" but it never is. Even my insurance company has written telling me that she just out and out lies saying when the check was mailed. Then they call when it was not received and it starts all over again. This woman is nuts! Looking at her picture on L website makes her look like perhaps too much botox has made her eyebrows go up into her forehead and in to her brain. Her boss "Dave" is rude and laughs a lot. When I ask for his boss, he says he is not giving me the information and I can go find it myself. Well Dave and Kathryn, you got it, I will go to the top and work down. People like you make the world a very hard place for people like me who did nothing wrong, but your client left their water on upstairs & we flooded

All this company can do - open claim number and forget about you. Today is March 31, 2014, and I'm waiting to schedule appointment to Ultrasound since February 11, 2014. This company never answers your phone-calls.

I do not recommend Zurich Insurance!
