They are unprofessional, unethical, and really do not care for the kids. Newark NEEDS to stop using them. They literally left my child stranded then blamed everyone but themselves. This was after calling days in advance to confirm and the rep stating everything was set up. Come Monday no transport and nothing but attitude before stating they did not have my son's info. They also forwarded another child's info to me via text violating FERPA.

The so-called owner was rude. DO NOT USE! REQUEST a DIFFERENT COMPANY. I am posting this everywhere so that parents and Newark know.
