Napoli's Pizza

Drivers are nice but food is not worth the price. Also part of our order was not included when delivered.

The pizza is bad. That is all there is to say about this place. Yes, I could comment on all the hidden fee's and bad service like the rest, but if the front line product of a restaurant is bad, nothing else matters. I can not speak on behalf of the other food because I have never wanted to try anything else after eating the self proclaimed "Parkersbug's best pizza" I am from here, but have traveled many places enabling me to try multiple local pizza places. This is by far the worst I have had. If at all possible avoid all the local's opinions that grew up eating this pizza and is blind by nostalgia.

The food is okay, but the hidden charges are a bit outragous!

$1.25 extra to get hot peppers on the side, instead of on my sub.... REALLY?

Did they take any money off my bill for not haveing on my sub OR on the side? NO... still same price.

$2.00 extra for provalone cheese?

This is a great local pizza spot! Love every thing I have ever ordered from here. I have been eating here for years, and I will continue to do so.

This place is a joke... we just moved here and wanted to order out... Well I guess you can't if you don't have a 304 number.... Also they informed my husband they are not subway and they do not change their recipes.... I didn't realized taking off toppings or adding extra toppings was changing any recipe... We orders 2 subs a small pizza and bread sticks and the total was $45... I could have ordered a steak and enjoyed it for that price... The manager had an additude from the second she answered the phone and said "Napoli's" until we finally said forget it and said we were ordering from The Pizza Place instead her reply to that of course was "You will never order from here again"... sadly she is correct, I never return to resturants when people treat there customers in that manner!

They like to hide charges from you....Toppings are not worth it and service is horrible...This is one business that should be shut down.

This is a local business that's been here 'forever'. Their pizza is just 'ok', but, their sandwiches are awesome ! The 'happy nappy'(italian ham with all the goodies) is to die for ! And the full sized is BIG !

Their lasagna is also excellent. They deliver to about all locations in Parkersburg, Vienna and Mineral Wells from the one phone number # 422-1111
