I lived here for not even six months, there was a shooting, my apartment got broken into three times. They said they put in cameras to make us feel safer, when they put only ONE camera in and the put it facing the site managers truck. Not even on the apartments. They are built crappy, the walls chip and there are lumps in the floor from where they didn't level them out.
