These people lie! Came to my house multiple times and each time said something different was wrong with unit. So the owner Dave comes out to make things right. Tells me to pay one amount and seals it with a hand shake because his word must be worth something! Sherry, owner’s wife sends a bill! Not at all what honest Dave had said. And the technician had falsified the bill! You didn’t say my unit was leaking until your 4th trip to my house but you charged me at the 2nd trip!
Yes I called and spoke with Sherry who is not professional and very rude! I requested that Dave call me to get this straight! Guess what no call back! They did not pull any type of permit. Don’t use this company!
