Pettit Bayside Resort offers Annual RV Lot Leases, Cabin Rentals & Live music venues at Piddle’s Bar & Grill located on the premises. Pettit Bayside Resort is a great place to have Birthday Parties; family reunions, Class reunions, Rehearsal dinners, Company Christmas parties and much much more. Our cabins are available for short term leases in our off season. Great for those who travel for business and are here for more than 3 months or longer. All of our cabins are fully furnished and have your basic cookware, dishes, silverware, glasses etc. The only thing the tenant needs to bring are bed linens and towels. We have 30 RV Lots available for Annual Leases. The lots are $200.00 a month. The monthly lot rent includes water, garbage & sewage. The tenant is responsible for electric. Tenant must pass background check with no criminal felonies. We do require that the RV is 10 years or newer and is in decent condition.
