This year, we loved the Park City area so much that my wife and I decided to upgrade to a larger home. Because our initial experience was so positive, we went back to Nick to both sell our existing home and assist us in finding a new home. Mick walked us through the process of identifying the right price, and we listed our property with minimal work on our end. Although Nick had previously scheduled a vacation, he delayed his trip to assist us with everything. The end result was that we had purchased our new home, listed our old home and had contracts on both within a week.
