We were getting ready to put an offer in on a vacation condo and decided to get a neutral appraisal before going ahead. Our realtor recommended Kranstover and we are glad she did. "Kranny" educated us on the market in Park City and then provided an appraisal on the condo we wanted. He pointed out some square footage issues as well as some deferred maintenance due to be billed in the coming year. Those items helped us save over $20,000 on the purchase.
