Overall

Horrible Service, Mediocre Food

After eating at the Grub Steak House I left with a bitter taste in my mouth and a sick stomach.

Here's why:

Gourmet steak was flavorless, tender, but flavorless.

The potatoes were way over seasoned, all you could taste was garlic, probably used a clove of garlic for one serving.

We brought a coupon for a free dessert and asked the waitress if it was valid, she told us that it was. After eating the dessert we were told they would not accept the coupon and were charged for the two desserts. One hour after we received the bill they finally sorted it out after treating us bitterly for their mistake. The restaurant appeared to be of full staff with few customers.

No I am not a negative person or hard to please it was just exceptionally bad service and mediocre food.
