My car suddenly would choke when accelerating, check engine light on, sounded loud, exhaust sounded like it had a cold... I limped into the nearest garage. They were stumped to find the cause, so tried our regular mechanic who was likewise stumped and recommended the dealership. I so wish I'd brought my car here to start with! Brady was awesome, checked me in professionally, listened carefully to all the details! Honestly everyone I dealt with were just so very kind and professional. Within a few hours they had it diagnosed and parts ordered. My car runs better than ever now! Thank you so very much for getting me on the road again. Blessings.😍🥰

My car had a recall.
Andrew the service advisor was helpful and professional no pressure. My car was delivered to my home by valet drivers.. andthey were very professional. I recommend the service dept. Excellant customer service and care for the customer.

Long history of ruining vehicles it services, even blowing engines on first oil change there. Even if car is fully insured, you will probably have to replace car yourself and wait for year while insurance/service fight it out.



Some stuff right off the lot has been 'junkered' so it will need a lot of service work after the sale.



This is very frequent problem in Wichita...some drive hours out of town to buy a new vehicle that isn't messed up and service it themselves.

After the great treatment we received from the staff of Don Hattan Chevrolet, as out-of-towners whom they would probably never see again, we can not imagine how well they must service their local customers. We limped into Wichita, 1300 miles from our home, in mid-August with our Chevy mini-motorhome suffering starting problems and the loss of air conditioning. We called around town and found several Chevy dealers would not work on our cab section because it had a motorhome body mounted, and other facilities could not honor our Chevrolet warrantee. A late Monday afternoon call to Don Hattan Chevrolet's Service Department connected us with Service Advisor Austen Roskam, who apologized that he could not shoehorn us into their schedule until Wednesday morning. We dropped off our unit Tuesday evening. On Wednesday, Technician Tim Wellner diagnosed our electronic glitch and made the necessary repairs. Then Austen called and they had us back on the road by mid-afternoon Wednesday.

We love our Dodge Journey we got from Don Hattan! Jaedy Roubidouz was wonderful to work with! Took his time to show us every vehicle we wanted to look at and answered all our questions!!

I bought a car there last November. I got a great deal for my trade in, too. When i bought the car it was due for an oil change in about 1000 miles so they threw in a free oil change when due. They also cleaned and washed it! Jesus Renteria was the salesman that hooked me up!

I went last night to have my 2013 Equinox serviced with an oil change and tire rotation. The service people were great. I received a free manicure while I waited. Our salesman Josh gave us free maintenance the first two years for our car, so I will be making regular visits to Don Hattan.

I have never been to a more manipulative crooked dealership in my life! I will not only never be going back to this place but will likely never own another GM product. They were that bad! We have had nothing but issues with this car from the 2nd week we owned it and Don Hattan refuses to do anything about it. They kept milking us along with each service visit and none of them ever fixed the issues! CROOKED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Don Hattan service has left us without a vehicle for an entire week just to fix the security problem. When we went to pick the vehicle up, it was not starting. The reason why we brought it in the first place. After opening the hood they found a bad sensor wire and said that needed to be replaced. After talking to several different mechanics in town, they informed me that a bad sensor wire could cause a bad diagnostic. So, it probably was not a security problem in the first place and I am out 500 dollars now! Almost 700 dollars later we picked the car up only for it start clunking on the way home, something it has NEVER done. Upon looking it over, come to find out they broke a bracket where the coolant fan sits. OH, also the security light is still on, so just a matter of time before the car continues to do what it did before we took it into them. They refuse to fix their mistake. Told us we would have to pay to have it fixed! Worse mistake!

We recently purchased a used c...

We recently purchased a used car from this Chevrolet dealer and although the salesmen were not high pressure they failed to mention a very important issue with the car that we purchased until AFTER we signed on the dotted line. The car we purchased does not use a “normal” key but a fobik (integrated fob and key). We were not told until we were walking out to the car that they only had one, yes one, fobik for the car. What dealer only supplies one key for a car??? We believed the salesman when he indicated that a replacement should be around $50 and they did not offer to provided us with an additional fobik, but simply took the attitude of, “oh well it’s your problem now”. After contacting several manufacturer specific dealerships in regards to a replacement, we discovered that the costs would actually be around $250. We felt that this is an important item that should have been disclosed prior to purchasing the vehicle. With advancements in technology, those once seemingly small items are now very costly. This is a very backhanded way of doing business and we will most likely not be back.

Would not give me a straight answer from the moment I walked through the door. Did not provide the service that was agreed to over the phone and tried to pull a fast one at the end to try and get me to buy a car I didn't even want. Very shady business or sales rep to say the least. I will never do business there!

Because I like the way the service department has taken care of me (& my elderly Hyundai), I spent some time today just looking at their pre-owned selection. It was bigger than I thought it would be, prices were lower than I was expecting and Micah was not a "typical" car salesman. I appreciated the way he let me do just what I wanted to do (see what was there), didn't give me a spiel, and didn't try to verbally push and shove me into doing more than I wanted to. I will probably go back and look some more...and will definitely continue going for my service and maintenance.

What a pleasant surprise. We did not want to go car shopping when we left Saturday morning because we did not want to deal with salesmen. Micah Marler changed that for us. We are very thankful for Micah and his salesmanship. He made the transaction of getting rid of and purchasing a vehicle very smooth. We loved that they were able to give a fair trade in value for our car, and we were able to purchase a car that we needed. We will go back to Don Hattan for our next vehicle purchase. Went to get my oil changed,they did a great job. Alan in parts ask me,if i wanted syn. oil which i forgot to tell them. Im so glad he caught that and ask me. Thanks to Alan in parts and Garome lube man who showed me my tires was bad. GREAT PLACE !!!!!
