They made me wait a very long time on the first visit. They did not read the answers to all the questions I took the time to describe on the forms they asked me to fill out. They don't explain the process of the office visit and treatment and treat you as if you should know what they are doing and why. They take offense when you ask them for an explanation. The doctor left the office without giving me or his staff any follow-up instructions. I was left calling back that afternoon and the next day trying to determine what he wanted me to do next. The reception staff was extremely rude and condescending and eager to silence my critique by telling me I can always go somewhere else, everyone loves the doctor and finally, we just can't please you. The doctor told me he would order medication as part of my treatment but later when I called to follow-up said he was only doing me a favor. It is clear this office believes they are the best and suggestions for improvement are treated as an anomaly and with distain.
