Company canceled appointment twice within 2 hours of scheduled time. 1st time- too busy. 2nd timetold family member home waiting they were "swamped" and would come next Monday. When I called find out just why I was being cancelled a 2nd time and reschedule for a third time I was told the truck broke down. As I began to question the conflicting reasons and to rescheduled. I was interrupted and told to find someone else. Extremly rude and unprofessional. (first negative review ever posted)
