Coleman Land Survey Service

I lost a client/ buyer because this guy promised to complete a land survey within 2 weeks and did not make any attempt to start the survey much more to complete it within a reasonable period of time. He did not communicate with me, with the escrow company and with my buyer, nor did he make updates on the status of work until I contacted him and it was way over the time frame he promised. I tried to give him a second chance (after 6 months when I got another buyer) hoping that he will deliver the second time. The same thing happened with no sense of responsibility or accountability. Stay away from this guy. It is just a big waste of time and money working with him.
