Ely's Towing, Auto Repair & Detailing

I've never been treated as horribly as I have trying to work with this company. Essentially, the extremely rude phone agent canceled my emergency roadside request because I was "rude." She was so rude to me, no responsibility taken over the fact that her company under quoted their time estimate and never sent me any updates. Its freezing outside, I'm immobile so I'm reliant on these companies doing their job and the services they are paid to do.
It was pretty obvious this rude employee did not care about my safety or my business, as she cancelled my request because I questioned their extreme lateness without any sort of notification or update. Had I not called, I would have been sitting clueless for who knows how long. They obviously dont care about losing one customer, but my warning is do not trust them Or spend your money here! If an employee feels good about leaving a customer stranded because of something they did wrong and should apologize for then I would never do business with them again.
Thanks for leaving me stranded. It's just disgusting how I was treated.

Greed drivers. Cheap prices. Clean trucks. What more can u ask for ?
