The Best

For the money this is the best course in Omaha for under 20 bucks. They have state of the art GPS and some of the hottest beer cart girls. The front nine is a great warm up for the more challenging back nine. By far the greatest 4 hours for under 40 dollars.

Different Sides Provide Variety and Challenge

The 1st nine holes are forgiving, in that you don't have to be on target with every drive because the front 9 is fairly wide open, except for some sand traps and water on 3 holes. The terrain is gentle and the hazards are few, so a good score going out is certainly achievable. The opportunities for getting into trouble on the 2nd nine are numerous. #10 is a long par 4 that plays into a South wind and includes a large sand trap on the right, adjacent to the fairway at precisely the distance many people will hit their tee shot. Holes 2 through 7 go through a dense treed area with a winding ravene. The fairways are narrow and hazards are plentiful. The 8th hole looks to be wide open, but if you miss the fairway to the left, you can reach the pond not visible from the tee and if you stray right you can kick off a slight hill and wind up OB. 1st nine give you a chance to gain confidence before hitting the back nine. Then the back nine make you humble. For the most fun, play from the back.
