PMA Medical Specialists Sleepwellness Center of the Mainline

This place is absolutely horrific. The one receptionist is miserable and it's obvious. She's unfriendly and rude. My actual sleep study I had done was not terrible, but the woman hooking me up to go to sleep for the night took almost an hour. She kept talking and couldn't multi task. I told her it was past my bedtime and she continued to talk. A week after, Dr. Mushlin left a message to give me my test results and it was impersonal. "Dr. Mushlin. Call me back" that's all it said. Then I call back 12 times over the span of the next 2 days, left 2 voicemails. No one answered and no one called me back. I called their other location, Phoenixville, left a message with a woman and no one ever called me back. When I finally go in, they have no record of me leaving my messages or calling. They acted like I was lying about calling. Very rude and won't go back for any more of my sleeping needs.
