Sears Auto Center

Stay far away from Sears appliance purchases. This is the worst service that we have ever experienced. They really don't care about inconveniencing you or that you have an appliance that isn't working. The repairmen just come in and replace every part imaginable until they get it right even if it takes 5 visits.

I went to Sears looking at buying a Refriegerator. The salesman came up and at first told him I needed nothing. All i was doing at that point was comparing prices to Lowes. They had the same refrigerator as lowes, but Sears was 4.00 cheaper. The salesman came back over, i told him my situation and after him stating he would give 10% off but would not deliver for free or haul away for free, like Lowes he then told me there was nothing he could do for me and I needed to go back to Lowes and he just rolled his eyes and walked off, ignoring me as i was still speaking to him. I got a much better deal at Lowes, they matched Sears plus an extra 100.00 off with free delivery, haul away and no payments/interest for 12 months. This should not reflect on Sears as a whole, just on this gentleman. If he really wanted to sell, he would have. Stay away from a tall, skinny red headed guy with a goatee and you should be ok.
