I was a first time customer, and boarded my cat. My cat eats special food and so I packed 3 days extra, and left the padding and towel in my cat's cage. When my daughter in law picked up the cat 3 days early the padding and towel was missing and no food was returned. I should of gotten 3 cans back along with the padding, and towel. Each can was 3.00 each adding up to 9 dollars lost. The padding was just over 20.00 bucks. They said it got lost in the laundry but I didn't ask them to clean the padding. I appreciate the thoughtfulness in cleaning the padding but losing the padding wasn't worth it. I waited for a week for them to find it but they said they could only find the towel and not the padding nor the food. I had to call 5 times over a period of a week for them to tell me that I signed a waiver saying if anything gets lost they are not responsible for it. My reply was then they shouldn't of removed the padding, and the towel from my cat's cage. I won't be bringing my pet here anymore.

I have 3 poodles and was going on vacation out of state for a week. But before I could go My oldest Poodle got sick so I took him to the vet. Come to find out he had ate a piece of a squeaker , could not pass it so he had to go into surgery the Friday before we we were do leave on that next Wednesday. The Vet said He would be OK and would have to be closely watch so I thought Naju was the right place for him to go. So come to drop my babies and worried my oldest dog was not going be OK they assured me he would be fine. Left them with all the instruction from the vet and the medicine. and told them to watch him very closely. And keep him separated from his brothers so they would not play hard and tear out his stitches. And so they said OK.

I come back a week latter and take my 3 dogs home. And I find that My Oldest dog has botches allover his left side. so right away I call Naju They say no one know of what happen to my dog. And I even Talk to the owner of the Business She said ever thing was done what I had ask. But to this day My Oldest dog still has to go to the Vet because he got some kind of skin disease from there and no $$$$$$$$$$ for that. So needless to say I will never bring my dogs there again.
