All they are - are a bunch of SCAM artists - they will find ANY reason to keep your $100 security deposit.



They did it to me - and I witnessed them do it to 3 other paying customers - just in 20 minutes of being in the store.



The owner/manager is some 70 year old Billy Ray Cirus looking wanna be - named Mike - he is nothing but a bully/idiot.



Please go to one of the other Scooter, Golf Cart, Motorcycle rental places in Panama City Beach Florida.

They ripped my father off for $200 - and I will NOT stop until these asshats are ran out of town - all they do is rip of tourists - and it is not fair!!!!!
