Callaway Utility Billing

They have a new policy that states, if you have your water turned off for a late payment, the water Nazis can take 24hrs or more to restore your service. This seems unethical and illegal. Once you've paid your bill, on time or late, you should not be denied the ability to bathe your children, send them to school in clean clothes and have drinking water. Shame on you City of Callaway!!!
