Lsi Vacation Rentals

LSI Vacation Rentals is a joke and disgrace to the unit that we stayed in at Treasure Island #1410.
We rented this condo with 25 other people for a total of 5 other units. 4 of the 5 units had issues and those issues were NOT resolved in a timely manner.

Even though LSI knew that my refrigerator was non functioning on Thursday, July 5th, prior to my check in on Saturday July 7th, they failed to notify me prior to me buying and losing $300 worth of groceries. I know that they knew because, I found out after the fact, that they had discussed with someone else in our party who was in another unit, that our refrigerator was not working on Thursday via phone call.

When I contacted the company on Sunday morning, they assured me that I would have a refrigerator by the next morning-Monday. Monday came, and still no refrigerator. I was in contact with the office 5 times on Monday and told multiple different stories as to why I still did not have a refrigerator. I was in contact with them 8 times on Tuesday and finally received a straight answer 4 days later,-I was assured that I would have a refrigerator by that evening. The refrigerator was delivered. HOWEVER, we got back to the condo and the door to the condo had been left open. I spent a minimum of 3 hours on the phone and emailing with these people. I have documentation of follow up emails and phone calls. I requested multiple calls or contact with management or someone in authority and that NEVER happened. I have been home from vacation for over 48 hours and still have not received a call back from LSI. We paid $1,800 for this unit and received beyond HORRIBLE customer service. I have never had a rental experience like this, EVER.

I will NEVER rent a unit through LSI again.

The rental company NEVER contacted me. I was the one who initiated every single call. They only returned my phone calls on Tuesday after I became hateful with them. Up to that point, I tried to be very polite and patient. That got me nowhere.
