As you can see there are good reviews and negative reviews. A lot of your experience will depend on the entity you are renting with. Those who book online don't always get all the details as they should. We have a heated pool, gas grills, and gym. Here are some important rules / tips, the property also has signage clear on these items: This is a non smoking property which includes the unit outdoor balconies. Guests who smoke and caught are evicted. There are rules in regards to parking. We reserve the closest spaces for those with Blue passes (typically given to owners who sometimes share with their renters) and any handicap guests with a valid handicap tag or permit.         Stayed there twice the first t...

        Stayed there twice the first time it was wonderful. The condos were super nice the staff was very helpful and had a great experince. This summer i went back and was not satisfied at all the the room was runned down and it had the cheapest appliances you can own starting from the refrigerator, stove, blender etc.... will not stay there ever again.
