I just bought a package of cinnamon braid twins at vitamin cottage in albuquerque, it is wonderfully addicting is all I can say, has the list of ingredients and nutritional information on package. 2 small loafs come in the package of Shure bread, One small loaf is 3 servings at 168 calories per serving. I ate one third, then 2 then the one loaf before I realized I ate the 3 servings. I have to say that although this was a splurge in my diet, it was well worth it. I like to buy local produce and now local bread from Shure, I will have to try their other breads, you can tell they put love in every loaf, now it is time for me to work out to work off those luscious calories...
