Some of the management I have met have the most unprofessional attitude towards serving you. My parent's grave site at Alta Mesa Memorial Park has been vandalized intermittently for a number of years. I've complained about this on a number of occasions. However, the manager at Alta Mesa could not make the time to listen to me and address this matter. I requested that they allow me to install a small security camera to identify the people vandalizing the grave site. I was told by an office staff member earlier that it can be done as long as I respect the privacy of other sites and people. I asked the woman office manager, who made it very difficult to schedule a meeting with beforehand, to allow me to do this and determine who is damaging the site. She was extremely rude to me and simply told me to deal with the problem myself ... which was an utterly absurd and insensitive recommendation. Since she did not want to help me resolve the vandalism problem, I asked her to please provide her superior's contact information. She surprisingly yelled at me and told me to "GET OUT OF HER OFFICE AND DON'T COME BACK AGAIN !!!" Such a response to any customer of the cemetery is rude and uncalled for.



I hope other folks burying a loved one does not have to undergo this abusive behavior by the staff at Alta Mesa during visitation hours. I am weighing my options which may go as far as moving my parents remains to another cemetery.
