Temporary Closed. Closed for 2023 season. We will reopen for the 2024 season on Thursday, March 28. Locally owned and operated by Ben and Ann Sipe, Rainbow Snow is in its 19th year of operation. We are a full service ice cream parlor featuring shaved ice snowballs and stuffed snowballs, hand dipped and soft serve ice cream, sundaes, milkshakes, smoothies, ice cream sandwiches, homemade waffle cones, and more!
