        Overall

        Brian re-screened my lanai and did a great job. I found him to be honest, forthright, reliable and competent. Best of all he was able to do the job without first sending me a five page boilerplate contract written by a Philadelphia lawyer with a time limit for my signature. I just needed someone who knew what they were doing to replace a few panels of screen and a screen door. Thanks Brian.
