        Very unprofessional and rude.
        My complaint regards with Dr.Keller. First off, when I asked him a question as to why there was a 30 dollar increase in my contact fitting he disregarded my question. To be specific:
        " What was my cost for a fitting during my last visit?"
        "It doesn't matter! It doesn't matter!"
        Yet once he showed me my former cost for a fitting I noticed a 30 dollar increase for which he had no explanation for.

        Along with this when I had asked him a simple question about my prescription he rudely replied:
        "Do you not understand glasses?"

        I understand that they're running a business and they need to make money. That can be their excuse for the price increase. Though there is no excuse for treating their customer like crap. Dr.Keller has no respect for his patients and I won't be going back.

        Wow! I can't believe the ragging report I just read about Cornerstone... Never in almost 10 years of services provided by Dr. Keller have my wife or I felt anything other than total satisfaction. We are so happy to now receive our eyecare at the new offices... a great improvement in accessability, (just off the 10) a much expanded inventory of excellent eyeware, (I love seeing my wife wearing her "Designer Frames") and always friendly competent care given by friendly, knowledgable professionals!

        My latest prescription came in recommended "Super-lite frames and plastic lenses that have no bi-focal line!" They are, by far, the most lite weight and comfortable glasses I have ever owned. While Dr. Keller said I may take some time to get used to the lenses, I didn't find that to be the case as his instructions for using them were clear and concise. I was used to them in about ten minutes! Wouldn't trade them!
