What a pleasant experience with a very humble and honest person. I dealt with Joe and I was having a problem with my key fob locking and unlocking my car doors. Joe refused to take any money from me even though he took the fob apart and cleaned my dirty, gritty contacts. I went in to his shop with the intention of buying a new key fob and he told me I did not need a new one, cleaned it and sent me on my way. Awesome customer service and how refreshing it was to catch a break without someone taking advantage of you! Very family oriented business, his wife was very sweet and so were his 4 children. After a second time of trying to compensate him for his service, he once again declined payment and simply asked me to refer my friends to him...what a class act. Beyond impressed!!!!!
