Let's Go Travel

Stephanie Bernhard at Let's Go Travel is the absolute worst travel agent we have ever dealt with!!!! The level of incompetency and unprofessionalism is appalling! We used her to book our family reunion in Panama & she dropped the ball in every way imaginable including leaving a guest stranded at the airport in Panama for hours. When I contacted her about the stranded guest & informed her that I had contacted Apple Vacations (the travel partner) because she left the office & didn't follow up to insure the guests transpiration to the hotel - she became enraged & began yelling. The way she spoke to me as a client was horrible. I had her on speaker & my husband heard the entire conversation. He was astonished at her lack of professionalism and class. He let her know that it was discourteous to ever speak so someone in that manner. This is a small travel agency so there is no recourse for her poor actions. No "higher up" or "business owner" to go to. We are making sure to let others know not to deal w/ her specifically because they will be sorely disappointed.
